What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us: name, phone number, email, travel dates, group size and any preferences you mention.
- Identity documents you provide for permit applications: photo ID and photographs. These are submitted to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh permit system and are required by law for entry to the state.
- Basic website analytics: pages viewed, approximate location and device type, collected in aggregate.
Why we collect it
To prepare your itinerary and quote, to apply for your Inner Line Permit or Protected Area Permit, to make bookings with hotels and transport providers on your behalf, and to contact you about your trip.
Who we share it with
Government permit authorities, and the hotels, homestays and transport operators required to deliver your specific booking. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for up to three years. Booking and identity records for as long as required by applicable tax and tourism regulations.
Your rights
Email us to request a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
