How booking actually works

Tell us your trip
Dates (or a month, if flexible), your starting city, group size and which package interests you — use the form alongside, WhatsApp, or the contact page.

We check real availability
Hotel rooms in Tawang and Ziro are limited in season. We confirm dates against actual room availability before we quote — not after you've paid.

You get a day-by-day itinerary and a firm price
Named hotels, drive times, what's included and what isn't. Usually within a few hours. No obligation at this stage, and no charge for revising it.

25% advance confirms your dates
Once you're happy with the plan, a 25% advance locks in your rooms and vehicle. We'll send a payment link — UPI or bank transfer, no card details handled through this website.

Permit, then balance, then travel
Send a scan of your photo ID and we apply for your Inner Line Permit. The balance is due seven days before arrival. You'll have your final itinerary and driver contact before you fly.

What we need from you
- A scan or clear photo of a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) for every traveller, for the Inner Line Permit.
- A passport-sized photograph for each traveller.
- Any health conditions relevant to altitude, disclosed before you travel to Tawang, Sela or Bum La.
- Your return flight details, once booked, so we can plan the last day around them.
What you will never be asked for on this site
We do not collect card numbers or take payment through this website. Every payment request comes as a direct UPI ID or bank transfer detail from our own number, after you've already seen and agreed to a price. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for payment before you've received a written itinerary, treat it as fraud and call us directly to confirm.
