A seven-day tour is not a seven-day holiday. From Guwahati it is seven days door to door. From Bangalore it is nine, because you lose a day at each end to flying.

If you are travelling from Mumbai, Bangalore or Pune, seriously consider the thirteen-day grand tour. The flight cost is the same whether you stay seven days or thirteen, so the longer trip is far better value per day.

Which city is best to start an Arunachal tour from?
Guwahati, for almost everyone. It has the most flights, the best road connection to the western circuit, and the largest choice of vehicles. Dibrugarh is better only if your trip is focused on East Arunachal.
Can I get a tour package that includes flights?
We can add flights, but we usually advise booking them yourself. Airfares move daily and you will almost always find a better fare than we can hold for you.
How many leave days should I request?
Add one day at each end to the tour length if you are flying from outside the North East. A seven-day Tawang tour needs nine days of leave from Mumbai or Bangalore.
