What makes a quote faster
If you can tell us these five things in your first message, we can usually send a complete itinerary and price the same day:
- Your travel dates, or the month if dates are flexible.
- The city you are flying from.
- Number of adults and children, and their ages.
- Whether you want Tawang, Ziro, the east, or aren't sure.
- Anything that limits the plan — older parents, motion sickness, vegetarian or Jain food, a fixed return flight.
What happens next
We reply with a day-by-day itinerary showing drive times, overnight altitudes and named hotels, plus a per-person price broken into what is and is not included. If the plan isn't right, we rebuild it — there is no charge and no obligation until you pay an advance.
Travelling in October or over New Year? Tawang's rooms are limited and they go early. If you're looking at those dates, contact us four to five months ahead rather than four to five weeks.
